DRILL HOLE

The high-precision drilling machine has a positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm and a self-drilling accuracy of ±0.018mm. It is equipped with the ability to detect the tool diameter and tool breakage automatically, and carries out hole inspections after drilling, successfully eliminating skewness and precluding slot hole leakage.

COPPER PLATING

The fully automatic copper electroplating equipment offers 70 minutes of electroplating, has a deep hole capacity of 13:1, and a copper plating uniformity of over 97%. After undergoing multiple processes, the thickness of the copper in holes and on the surface significantly exceeds the industry standard.

LINE MAKING

The LDI laser exposure, with integrated production equipment, effectively manages thin lines, short lines, and incomplete etching. The minimum line width and line spacing can reach as fine as 4mil. AOI optical inspection eradicates all latent quality issues.

SOLDERING CHARACTER

The 10,000-level clean room and the new text spraying machine can successfully avoid the problems of board garbage, traditional screen printing, fuzzy text, and offset printing. They wholly eliminate the risk of red-hole ring and copper exposure.

FORMING

The freshly printed PCB boards are connected. To meet the delivery size demanded by customers, the PCB boards undergo CNC edging or V-cut, and the process capability fulfills the requirements within 0.10mm.

CIRCUIT BOARD TEST

The automatic electrical testing or flying probe testing is carried out Before shipment, it will remove any open circuits and short circuits, making sure that every board delivered to customers is a qualified board.
